RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We stand behind our products, sizing, and philosophy; If something doesn't quite fit your body, your values, your character, it throws everything off balance. So, we’ll do whatever we can to make your purchase right for you, as quickly as possible.

FIRST YOU MUST send us an email to request a return authorization form. Without the form we cannot guarantee fixing, exchanging, refunding or replacing your blazer.

Returning Worn, Washed, Laundered, Altered & Damaged Items

We are unable to resell garments which have been worn (but of course try it on for size!), washed, laundered, altered or damaged products will not receive refunds. Surprising as it may sound, there are those who return soiled, worn, smelly or laundered garments; PLEASE do not be that person. 

REFUNDS (Within 30 Days)
Email us at info@ctcountry.clothing and in the subject line type: Returns.  We will send you a return label and provide you with a Return Number. There is a $6 fee for the return shipping and restocking of your purchase. If you prefer to send back the order yourself, please see below for instructions. (International Customers See Below)

Once we receive the returned item we will notify you of receipt, and issue the refund.  Refunds usually take 3-7 business days to settle in your financial institution account. On occasion this can take longer, so feel free to email us at info@ctcountry.clothing if you’re unable to see your refund after 7 days.

EXCHANGES (Within 60 Days)
If you would like to make an exchange, email us at info@ctcountry.clothing, and type: Exchange in the subject line.  We’ll send you a shipping label and will cover the cost of shipping your returned item via ground as well as the exchanged garment. Our team is more than happy to assist with any fit-related or general questions you may have. We have the ability to alter your blazer to specific specifications – although these adjustments are minimal and dependent upon the style of blazer you purchased.  If there is a variance with the order total, we’ll square up the difference with you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are heavily discounted and we are unable to accept either returns or exchanges. These items are clearly noted in the shopping cart during the checkout process.

SENDING PACKAGES BACK TO US YOURSELF
If you would like to send your order back to us on your own, please ship via a method which provides a tracking number!  If your package is lost, there is, unfortunately, little we can do without tracking information.  If the package does not arrive, we cannot issue you your refund. 

EXCEPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Our above policies apply for international orders with one exception: we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return shipping label (for returns or exchanges). As a result, you are responsible for your return shipping. Should you choose to send your item(s) back, please do so by means which provide a tracking number.  If your package is lost, there is unfortunately nothing we can do without tracking information.  If the package does not arrive, we cannot issue you your refund.
